I’m afraid this would not be possible by using our platform. Our email notifications can only be sent based on the available notification triggers which you can find in the Notifications section. The notifications cannot be scheduled based on a certain date or field information, I’m afraid.

is it possible to notify by mail 20 days before a contract is going to expire? there is a question in the form where requestors give the expiration date.
If this can be done, could you please support doing this settings?
