Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please note that all the forms created through our service are by default secured.
By checking your form, I’ve noticed that under the Thank You Page section, you set up the form to redirect to an unsecured website(starts with http://). Indeed, the redirection from a secured page to an unsecured one generates a warning message.
To avoid this, please make sure that the page to which you are redirecting is a secured one(starts with https://).
