Likert scale field

A Likert scale field is a rating system used in survey forms that aim to measure people’s attitudes, opinions, or impressions. Form users are asked to rate your statements which helps you to analyze data and create statistics.  This rating service is more useful than a simple Yes/No question.

Likert scales

In the Scale section of your field, you can measure the frequency, quality, importance, level of satisfaction of certain statements, and many others. Open the field’s settings and click on Import. Here we listed sets of choices that you can choose from:

  • Degrees of Agreement
  • Degrees of Importance
  • Degrees of Probability
  • Degrees of Quality
  • Degrees Of Satisfaction

You can opt to add your own choices. There is no limit, however, most of the time only between 5 or 7 response options are used.

In this section, type the topics that will be measured. Find out the respondent’s option of the quality and efficiency of your products/services. Receive feedback regarding areas that can improve your business.

    1. Hi Amber, from the forms Design -> Label section, you can change the font of the entire form, including the Likert Scale field. However, if you want different fields to have different fonts, you would need to create a custom CSS code in order to make this change. Please feel free to reach out to us at customercare@123formbuilder.com or on live chat if you need any assistance designing your form. Have a wonderful day!
