To add web forms to your Canvas course, you’ll need to use the Iframe embed code. In your 123FormBuilder
Next, go to Pages and edit one of your pages or create a new one. In this tutorial we will create a new page as shown below.
Provide a title to your page and click on the HTML editor link on the top right side of the content area. Delete any existing HTML tag in the content and paste the Iframe code there.
Now, unless you have enabled the SSL connection to your web form, you’ll need to edit the code a bit. Look for the first line in the code:
Replace the value http:// with https:// as seen below:
Press Save and you are done. You’ll see the web form displayed on your Canvas Instructure page. You can also go to Settings → Student View to see how your students will see the form while completing it. You can also change the size of the Iframe by adjusting the values for width or height.
Note: If you use a Platinum plan or higher on 123FormBuilder, you don’t need to change the code. Just enable the SSL connection to your web form under Connection Type in the Publish section. Paste the Iframe code in your Canvas page (HTML view) and save your changes. All form data will be saved in the Submissions section of your form, in your 123FormBuilder account.
