If you are not using a recent browser version, 123FormBuilder can not guarantee the stability and functionality of the platform’s features.

In this article, we will illustrate the browsers fully supported by 123FormBuilder based on:

  1. Hi! I can’t open in Safari your website. It says failed to open the page. This has been going on since yesterday. It also says that it can’t establish a secure connection to your server.

    Thanks

    1. Please try to disable “Prevent cross-site tracking” from the Safari privacy settings and check if it works. If the forms are still not loading on your Safari browser please email us at customercare@123formbuilder.com to start an investigation. Have a lovely day!

  2. Autofill in the latest version of Edge doesn’t work properly – hover over the name field on the Contact Form I just made and all fields are filled in correctly but once you click on what is offered it places the email address in all fields including the message box! You can overtype but it is a trifle disconcerting. Note: the boxes underneath this message box fill in correctly

    1. Hello Alan, thank you for your comment. For this kind of situations, it is best to contact us via email. This way we are able to start an investigation and run some tests. Thank you for your understanding!
