Submissions will not download

Hi there!! I have had a problem lately with my submissions not downloading. I get the email, but when I click the link it says that I need to login first. I have never logged out of anything. It has been that way since I have been checking submissions for a while now. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for reaching out!
Please note that when you access the link to download your submissions, you will need to be logged in to your 123FormBuilder account and email provider in the same browser. 
Besides exporting the submissions via email, you can also use the option Download file directly in browser.
