Hello,
Thank you for your message.
In order to clear some space, you will need to delete the files which are stored in the Uploads Manager section of your account.
You can access this section by selecting your username from the Account Dashboard -> Uploads Manager.

I have deleted all the submissions in our account as we DO NOT want to upgrade but it is still full? How do I delete what is stored?
