Submission not received

Residents inform us they have submitted any of our forms and we are not receiving them. The last form submission we received is dated 9.20.22. Can you assist?

The last submission for your form was yesterday, on October 9, 2022. You can find all your submissions in the Results section.
If you are referring to the email notifications, your email service may block our domain (maybe an update was made recently) or they are forwarded to your Spam folder.
In this case the solution is to create a whitelist for our domain in your email service.
