I am afraid that is not possible, since the Embed PDF field is used for display purposes only.
The only data that can be displayed in the Submissions section is the data collected through input fields, such as the Short/Long answer fields, Name, Email, Single/Multiple choice fields, and so on.

Hi, is it possible to have the embedded pdf data (input data) as a data summary in your data base / submission base?
