The email notification can be sent only from our own domain(noreply@123FormBuilder.com) or from your domain by adding the SPF record. That being said, we do not have a solution to send emails from the email address filled out through the form.

Hey,
users have to fill in their email address in our form . The form gets sent via email. Is it possible to choose this form field as “From:” address?
