The forms is denying access to clients regestration.

When clients are clicking on the form, it asks says “you don’t have permission to view this form” and asks them to log in. They don’t have an account with you. But, if I send a form to someone with an account, is it going to deny access?

Never had this problem, and need a little help.

This message is displayed when you set up the form’s status as Active only for me(the form owner). To change the status of your form, go to My Forms and click the dotted menu, where you can find the Deactivate option.
