Not receiving email

I just manually requested entries for a form to be exported as Excel and emailed to me, like I always do. No emails are arriving, it’s been several hours. Not in spam folder.

You are not receiving the email because the number of the submissions you have for this form is too large.
Therefore we strongly recommend you to export them in batches of 2-3.000 submissions.
