Forms submissions not coming through to email

I have tried creating new a new form and the same problem.

No submissions are coming through to the email. I can only see them if i log onto the dashboard.

Do i need to close this account and start again?

I have had a look on your forms and it seems you are using your own email address as the sender for all notifications.
 
Because we are the real sender of the email notifications, they are sent from the noreply@123formbuilder.com email address by default. Using your own email address under the From Email section, you are masking the real sender.
 
To make sure that you and your customers are receiving the email notifications, you simply need to replace your own email with ours.
 
Would it be better for your business to use your own email address as the sender of those notifications?
