Thank you for your message.
The numbers included in the form URL represent the form’s unique identification. Without them, the form cannot be accessed and the URL would be invalid.
However, you can add the name of your form after the ID, and have the URL display as https://form.123formbuilder.com/123123/Job-Application-Form for example.

How do I set up my forms so the url link says the name of the form instead of numbers?
