Log in to your account and go to Upgrade. From there, select Platinum Yearly and you will be redirected to pay only the difference.

I have your subscription to the gold plan. I paid for the entire year; how do I upgrade to the platinum plan? I must have paid for the entire year, or I must make up the difference in payments for the remaining months.
