How to publish an embedded form on Jimdo

Add an HTML element to your Jimdo page

Log into your Jimdo website editor, choose Add Element, and click More Elements and Add-ons to display the entire list of options
Select the Widget / HTML element, paste in the code from 123 Form Builder (more on that below), and hit Save

Get the form code from 123 Form Builder

Log into your 123 Form Builder account (if you’re not already) to copy your form code
Once you’re logged in, go to the Publish section of your form, select the Embed code tab and choose the display option you prefer:
  • Embedded form: select the Javascript embed option and click Copy code
  • Lightbox form triggered by a text, image or floating button: select Lightbox – Text link or Lightbox – Image link or Lightbox – Floating button, click Customize to change the text or image if needed, then click Copy code
  • Automatic popup after X number of seconds: select the Option Lightbox auto popup, click Customize to set the number of seconds, then Copy code
Then, just paste the code from your 123 Form Builder account into the Widget / HTML element you created, and you’ve got an awesome form on your Jimdo page!
