Holy moly, another 123FormBuilder area gets revamped! If you have visited our Help & Documentation lately, you may have stumbled upon new sections: Latest Features, Feature Requests and a whole new vibe to the entire design. It’s here and now: our Docs section has received a complete makeover.
For those of you who are new to the Help section, it can be reached at the top center of our website when not logged in, and in the footer or top when you are in your 123FormBuilder account. It’s the place where you can find step-by-step guides, video tutorials and direct answers to any questions you may have about creating web forms and online surveys with 123FormBuilder.
We redesigned the Help section with our users in mind and transformed it into a veritable Knowledge Base. It is divided in topics, organized around the functionality of our form builder (My Account, Form Editor, Themes and so on) to make it easy for everybody to locate the desired information fast.
At this point, one may ask: “what happens if I need a form feature that 123FormBuilder does not seem to have at the moment? Or if I’d like to integrate my forms with a third party app that I currently use and like? Do I have to search the Yellow Pages to find a developer to code me that particular feature on the form?”
Well, definitely not – you won’t have to. There’s a development team here at 123FormBuilder, doing their best all day to implement new features and help users achieve their form building goals. To make sure we bridge the way between you and our devs, we created a dedicated section in our Knowledge Base for Feature Requests. You can use this section to suggest new features for 123FormBuilder, and there is a voting system in place to decide which ones get developed first. It’s easy: the most popular features get the top spots in our roadmap, so you are the one to decide our to-do list!
Go ahead and explore the topics in our Knowledge Base whenever you need guidance in using our form builder.
Of course, you can always send your questions to our awesome support team who is passionate about helping users out of all sorts of difficult situations.
However, there are times when a quick search in our Help section can save you a couple of clicks and keyboard hits.
At times, you might be telling us:
And shortly you will find that:
That’s it! We hope you will enjoy the look and feel of our new Knowledge Base and we are looking forward to hearing your feedback.
