If you want to request your user’s agreement in a form, you can use our Terms of Service field within the form builder. Drag and drop the T.O.S field on your form and customize it by your desire.
In the input box, you have the following default text: I agree to the < link > terms of service < /link >
Add your own text, however, keep in mind that you need to have the link HTML tags.
Example:
At Link behavior you have three options to choose from:
Show text
This option is selected by default. Click on Edit text and start adding your own terms of service text in the lightbox.
Open URL
Use this option if you already have your own Terms and Conditions page. Simply paste your link and the form will open it in a new browser tab.
Your email address will not be published.

Hello Robert.
You can create a custom PDF where you can copy – paste the respective message found in the Terms of Service field.
This way, you will receive it on the pdf attachment sent when someone submits your form.
