How can I buy a subscription?

There are two ways you can buy a 123FormBuilder subscription. If you don’t have a 123FormBuilder account, sign-up for one by choosing one of the plans above or go to AppExchange and get started there. If you’re interested in an Enterprise or Compliance plan, contact our team to discuss your needs and receive a personalized offer.

How do I use 123FormBuilder for Salesforce?

It really takes only a few clicks to connect 123FormBuilder to Salesforce and start using it. Look for 123FormBuilder in AppExchange and use the “Get it now” button to install it. Once installed, open it and create your form right in the Salesforce app. Map the form fields to any Salesforce Object, custom or standard, to automatically push all your data into Salesforce.

Do you provide support?

We offer support to all users via our knowledge base, live chat, and ticketing system in the 123FormBuilder app, regardless of your plan. The Compliance for Salesforce plan includes everything in the Professional and Enterprise plans. Additionally, it brings an extra layer of data security via advanced security protocols, individual AWS keys, and BAAs for HIPAA customers. The Compliance plan is perfect for complex teams in highly-regulated industries.

Does the user license also include a Sandbox license for testing purposes?

You can access a Sandbox to test your forms, starting with the Enterprise for Salesforce and Compliance for Salesforce plans. You can build and test the form flow in Sandbox, then easily migrate the form into Production or another Sandbox. The Sandbox license is NOT available for the Professional plan.
