Virtual Music Centre Membership - £70

Virtual Music Centre Membership enables young musicians to attend one or multiple courses for the same membership fee.

As a registered charity, Brighton & Hove Music & Arts (part of Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival) is able to benefit from Gift Aid on membership subscriptions for music centre activities. Gift Aid provides vital additional funds for charities, and it costs you nothing extra to allow BHMA to claim it. If you are a UK taxpayer you could increase the value of your subscription at no cost to you. By agreeing to Gift Aid we can claim 25p for every £1 of the membership cost/fee from HM Revenue and Customs.

All of the tax relief from Gift Aid will go directly back into Brighton & Hove Music & Arts to provide even more music-making opportunities for young musicians in the city.

Please treat as Gift Aid donations all qualifying subscriptions I have ever made or will make to Brighton & Hove Music & Arts /BDBF until further notice

In accordance with the 1998 Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003, and from May 25th 2018, the General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) 2018, BHMA/ESM/BDBF will hold your details for administrative purposes and to provide you with updates about our work and how you are helping us change lives through music.

Your Contract:

We are initially offering membership for Virtual Music Centre (VMC) for Summer Term 2020, which will consist of up to 10 sessions for each activity.

I confirm that I have read the Virtual Music Centre Agreement and agree to the terms laid out in this application form and the VMC Activities Agreement. I understand that fees are payable in advance and will be invoiced at the beginning of the summer term. In the event of non-payment a Final Demand will be sent followed by notification that my child may be withdrawn from Virtual Music Centre activities until payment is received.

If you wish to end your VMC membership, before the end of the summer term we request that you notify us by email. Please note that membership fees will not be refunded if you choose to withdraw before the end of term.

If you are an existing Music Centre member, we will pause your membership if you do not wish to take part in the Virtual Music Centre.

I am aware that Brighton & Hove Music & Arts / East Sussex Music reserves the right to review fees, terms and conditions periodically and without notice. Please note that we have waived the registration fee for Virtual Music Centre applicants for summer term 2020.
