Our homeschool classes will begin as of November 5th 2019. Please choose the date of your child's first class.
Fly Holidays: Fly Studios will be closed on the following dates. Please note your package will be extended to accommodate the closed holiday.

Makeup Policy: If your child is going to miss a class, you must notify us for the excused cancel BEFORE the class. Please text us at 18002579498 (tip: have it on your phone!) or fill out the eform at https://www.123formbuilder.com/form-4332108/Class-Makeup-Form. If we do not get notification on file then we cannot allow a makeup class. Your child will have 5 weeks from the date of the missed class to make up. Also your child MUST be an active member to have a makeup. Lastly, we can open our afterschool class times for possible make ups.

PAYMENT & TERMS OF CONDITIONS (This is a secure SSL form)
Terms A: All homeschool accounts are asked to have a valid credit card (Master card/Discover/Visa) on file even if you are using homeschool funds. It is required for our parents who are using funds to request 3 months of tuition at one time. You will be responsible to continue to request for the certificate of funds so there is no lapse of class payment. If there is a lapse we will have to use the credit card on file to pay for classes used.

Terms B: For All homeschool parents who are requesting a certificate of funds - Fly Studios must receive the certificate before the first day of scheduled classes. If it has not been received our parents are welcome to pay out of pocket until we receive the certificate or wait for the certificate.
