Veterans Day Parade Registration Form
Entry Deadline: November 8th at 4 p.m.
All parade entries must be on separate entry form. Parade entrants must pre-register. Due to safety concerns, items may be given out by walkers only, no water guns are permitted and children under 12 years of age riding on entry must be accompanied by an adult. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Early Childhood Learning Center on 2nd Avenue near Ripley Elementary. Lineup starts at 8:30 a.m. Parade begins at 10 a.m. November 11th. No controversial issues may be represented or alluded to in any way on any parade entries.
Registration Form must be complete with name, address and phone number of registrant. If any information is missing and we are unable to contact you, your entry will be directed to the end of the parade line-up.
Registration forms may be mailed to: Ripley Veterans Day Parade Entry, 203 S. Church Street, Ripley, WV 25271, faxed to 304-372-6693, or dropped off at the City of Ripley building on Church Street in Ripley. A link can be found above to view and print the registration form.
