Please note any medical areas of concerns that we may need to be aware of in case of an emergency. This information will be kept private.This event is not set up to provide any medical care or personal assistance; i.e. personal bathroom assistance etc. and medication assistance. If your needs require such attention, you will need to provide your own assistant. All of my retreats require a great deal of walking, spanning upwards of 3-5 hours per day, depending on the location and prompting by the lands. Often the paths that we take are muddy, uneven, steep and often slippery. Please take into consideration these items, evaluating honestly your ability to participate safely. We value your health and well being as well as the ability for all participants to enjoy the retreat fully, with grace and ease.

Breakfast is provided throughout the retreat along with one main meal.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment are made through PayPal unless other arrangements have been made. In the event you have to cancel your registration, we will retain a portion of your deposit or fees. Cancellations received before August 15th will forfeit £360. Cancellations received before September 15th will forfeit £630 Cancellations after September 15th will vary depending on the time frame, but a minimum of $£650 will be retained. Cancellation requests must be made email. Any monies refund are subject to the standard PayPal Processing Fees and corresponding currency exchange rates.
