Your item must be unused or fitted and in any original packaging. If there is damage to any returned items in transit or if the value of the item has been reduced, you may be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover our costs.

Need help returning your bike? For a small fee, we offer a returns label. By ticking the box below we will send you a returns label, via email. All you need to do is print it off, attach it to the box and and drop the bike off at your local drop off centre. This will be deducted from your final refund. UK and US customers only.
