Return/Exchange Form

At Madison & Maude, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our creations. Our goal is for you to love your new product. With that said, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on unused, eligible items.

• Custom products: Due to the heavily custom design of our business, all custom design product sales are final and are not returnable or refundable.
• Ready-made products (non-personalized): These items may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of your sale receipt date. All returned or exchanged products must be in new condition and unworn. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
