Human Resources Internship

Snyder Industries Inc. in Chowchilla, CA has a paid internship available in Human Resources. We pay $13.00 per hour and you earn while you learn valuable hands-on experience. This paid internship can be to a duration of up to 18 months, however future advancement opportunities may exist. We are seeking a student willing to work approximately up to 20 hours a week, flexible work schedule to accommodate class schedule. Job Duties

Scan and upload confidential documents into ADP payroll system (Personnel file and Safety documents)
Scan, upload and update training documents and dates in in Sharepoint
Assist in evaluating applicants for production positions
Assist in the production job posting process (posting job on various recruiting websites, local radio stations, businesses and colleges) and using E-Verify for new hires.
Verifying documents with payroll records
Creating forms/certificates
Misc. other projects as directed by supervisor

Knowledge/Skills & Abilities

Excellent computer skills in working with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel software is preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written skills, able to be courteous in working with applicants, enjoy performing in a fast-paced environment with changing situations and possess solid organizational skills.
