Directory Change Request

If you wish to add or change a photo on the directory, please email an appropriate photo (that adheres to the guidelines located here), or contact the Office of Communications and Public Affairs to coordinate a photograph.  Photos should be headshots that are professional (not candid) and quality (not blurry or skewed).
Please enter the information as you would like it to appear on the directory.

Please note that all titles that appear on the directory must be the official titles as logged with the Office of Human Resources.  Titles change requests will be confirmed with Human Resources before the changes are made.
