Personal Care Assistant Competency Test
Written Exam

Welcome to the Home Sweet Home In-Home Services application process to determine competency for hire.  The following test will have 65 questions that pertain to personal care.  You will be timed to take the test and have 60 minutes to complete the test.  After 60 minutes the test will be automatically submitted.  You will need to score 85% or above to pass the online test.  By signing the digital signature box and taking this test you are agreeing to not consult with anyone about the questions or look answers up to the test but will rely totally on your own memory to complete and submit your test for review by our staff.  You are required to answer every question on the test before you can submit the test.  Good Luck!
