I want to sign up for Paperless Billing...

There are no charges for going paperless.  It is simply a choice you now have.

Currently we can only send email to one email address.  At your request we can also send a paper bill.

Late notices will be mailed.  Failure to receive and email or paper bill does not waive 10% past due penalty.

Bank Draft and Credit Card Drafts are a great complement to paperless bill, making it even more convenient.  Draft Authorization forms can be found on our website.

Once you sign up for paperless billing your AMUD statements will be emailed to the email address you have provided.  The email is from TOPS@AMUD.COM.  And this email will have an attachement of your billing statement the next time billing is calculated for your area. 

What to do if you do not receive an email:
  • Check your spam folder, deleted mail folder or junk folder. 
  • Please give us a call if you are still having problems We will be happy to help you if you are still having problems.
  • Remember, just like paper bills, failute to receive your bill does not waive the 10% past due penalty.
