New Thank You page<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

123FormBuilder allows you to redirect your respondents to a webpage after they complete a submission on your form. To set this up, from the Create<\/b> tab of your form, select Thank You<\/b> on the left-side panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will find the Redirect to URL<\/b> option at the top of the right-side menu. Once you enable this feature, more options will open below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First, add the URL<\/b> where you want to redirect your form respondents. Optionally, you can also type in a Title <\/b>for your link. You can choose to open the webpage on the Same page <\/b>or in a New tab<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n If your form is embedded on a website, the redirect URL will open on the same page<\/b>, regardless of your settings to open it in a New tab<\/b>. This behavior has been implemented to prevent potential issues with browsers that may block attempts to open the webpage in a new tab.<\/span>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you want to redirect your users automatically, then disable the Show “Thank You” Page<\/b> toggle. Otherwise, your users will reach the Thank you page and be redirected after a few seconds. You can even set the Seconds until redirect<\/b>: between 5 and 60 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can redirect users to a web page URL after they submit your form. To enable this feature in the form builder<\/a>, from the Form Editor<\/b> select the Thank You <\/b>section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, click the Redirect to a web page<\/b> option and add the URL in the box below. Make sure to use a secured URL (starting with https<\/b>).<\/p>\n\n\n
