In order to request your respondents\u2019 agreement, you can use the Terms of service<\/b> field. Once you have added the Terms of service<\/b> field on the form, in the right side panel you will find some customizations that you can bring to the field.<\/p>\n\n\n

Agreement text<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can change the default text in order to match your needs. Don\u2019t delete the HTML tags (link) from the Agreement Text<\/b> section. It needs to have this structure\u00a0< link >\u00a0your text<\/em>< \/link > for it to function properly. If you copy this, make sure to delete the blank spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Link behavior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By default, the link behavior<\/b> will be set on show text. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n

This means that your Terms of service <\/b>will appear in a lightbox on the form when your respondents click on the provided hyperlink in the Agreement text.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you choose Open URL<\/em>, an additional text box will be available in the right side panel where you have to provide the URL to where your respondents will be redirected to a new tab to read your terms of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
