We know that things have changed quite a bit, so let&#8217;s make them crystal clear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a breakdown of the <b>Emails<\/b> section. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-email-recipients\">Email recipients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Who should receive the emails? At <b>Send to<\/b> select from the options listed below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My email (the email address associated with your 123FormBuilder account).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The email fields listed on your web form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type in each recipient\u2019s email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone can receive email notifications: form owner, form user, and any recipient of your choice. If you want to send your emails to different recipients based upon how a respondent completes the form, you can set up rules. By default, it will be All Submissions &#8211; meaning the email will be sent to the email address that you have provided for all submissions. You can change that by clicking on the dropdown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you have access to all fields on your form. You can choose a name or title that will be recognizable to your respondents. Often that will be the company name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>From email<\/b>. Use our email server <b>noreply@123formbuilder.com<\/b> or send the emails through your own <a href=\"https:\/\/www.123formbuilder.com\/docs\/emails-through-your-own-smtp-server\/\">SMTP server.<\/a> You can also choose <b>noreply@myfor.ms<\/b> (to simply remove any reference to our domain) or configure a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.123formbuilder.com\/docs\/how-to-add-a-custom-sender-address-to-an-email-notification\/\">custom domain to be the sender.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reply to email<\/strong>. This is the email address where you can reply to the submission email. The standard template commonly used by the form owner and form recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Payment template <\/b>is the email sent to form users when their payment is marked as complete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Approval request template<\/b>. Here you can change the content that the approver(s) of your form receive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><b>Autoresponder<\/b>. In each template, you can add your own images, links, tables, and text. Hit the <b>Source code<\/b> icon (&lt; &gt;) and create your own fully customizable template using HTML language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, you can attach a file to the email template. The <strong>Resend<\/strong> functionality will trigger Email notifications.
