Why?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"defaultText\">\n<div class=\"text justify\">The most common reason why the form headline or an <strong>HTML block<\/strong> freezes and can&#8217;t be edited at all in the <a href=\"\/\">form builder<\/a> (sometimes triggering even other <strong>Form Editor<\/strong> problems) is the fact that the content that is copy\/pasted into that field includes something else than text and HTML tags (which are the supported types of input).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"text justify\">For example, we had one situation when a customer pasted XML code from a Word file into the form headline and couldn&#8217;t make any further edits to it.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"text justify\">If you are in a similar situation, <a class=\"blueLink99\" href=\"https:\/\/www.123formbuilder.com\/contactus.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">contact us<\/a> and we will clear up the form field for you.
