    • Hello!

You can view all of the entries on your form in the Submissions section. To get there, go to the My Forms link (on top of the app), select your form and hit Submissions. If you want to show them on your web page, go to Reports section and create a new report with a data table widget. Follow this link to read more about in our Knowledge Base.

Next, read our documentation here on how to embed the report on your web page.

You could also just redirect the form after submission to the report.

  7. Ron Wells says:

Around and around, over and over, hour after hour and I cannot get Wix to connect to the 123 site. This should be simple but it dos not work. Cleared browser etc. The ‘Connect Account’ does not show ‘My Forms’. Wasting my time, like a lot of other people. Why don’t you fix this?

  8. SH says:

Why isn’t the form builder showing as logged in? When I am in Wix Editor to connect my 123 account and publish the form I’ve made, I log in via the App Settings and then can’t publish the form. It doesn’t connect my account in the App Settings dialogue box. WTF is going on?? So frustrating! I’ve refreshed/reloaded the pages so many times… I’m using Chrome which has never had a problem before. Why is my account not syncing on Wix??????

    • Hello!

Sorry for the late reply. The problem you are facing can be resolved by clearing the cache of your browser. As you are using Chrome, go to the Settings section of the browser and click on the Show advanced settings link. Next, click on the Clear browsing data… button and tick only the box that says Cached images and files. Hit the Clear browsing button on the bottom and refresh your Wix Editor page.

If this still doesn’t resolve your issue, contact our support specialists via our contact form and specify the browser, operating system and device you are using.

  10. Steven says:

My form isn’t displaying on the builder app on the wix website. keeps asking to login even though I’ve already logged in…this is too frustrating.

  11. Bonita Gooch says:

Seems like everyone is having the same problem. We’re all trying to get the form on our webpage and the instructions provided above aren’t working. After you log in, you can’t back to the place to choose the form. If you go back to the wix contact form you suggest starting with click on settings again, you can get to the choose form place but your forms don’t show up even though you just logged in.

    • Hello!

Have you managed to open the 123FormBuilder app on your website’s editor? Once it’s opened and you have successfully logged in your 123FormBuilder account, close the popup that appeared right after login. The 123FormBuilder app should still be opened, but with you logged in. Select the form you want to publish under Choose FormMy Forms tab. Once the form is selected, the form should be automatically displayed on the page.

  12. Bonita Gooch says:

I have spent the past six hours trying to get a customized 123form on our page. I am beyond frustrated. I’ve read everyone tutorial on the 123 and on wix regarding this process and it’s a bunch of crap. I’m so tired of this I am ready to cancel. $4.95 a month isn’t a bargain when you spend 6 hours trying to get it to work.
I’ve created the form and all I want to do is to get it to load to my page. The so called dashboard where I’m supposed to select the form continues not to give me my forms and on the occasion that I can appear to stay logged in and it looks as though it is going to down load my forms all i get is a revolving pink wheel that never loads my forms. Pissed is to put it mildly.

    • Hello Bonita!

We are aware of the issue with the Wix app and are working as we speak to fix the problem in collaboration with the Wix Team. In the meantime, try to customize your form on our side and use the 123FormBuilder for Wix only to publish it on your website. Also, check if your website is set for mobile devices, as explained in our documentation here. Follow the documentation here if your form fails to display on mobile devices.

Check your email, as one of our support specialists just replied to your message. We will get back to you as soon as the problem is fixed.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the report.

I am trying to use the Wix app to embed a form that I have already created on 123formbuilder.com. I add the app to my site, click on “App Settings”, and then click on “Connect Account” to log in. It pulls up a window and I log in. I see my list of forms that I have created. Now what? I cannot see how to choose which form of mine to add to my website.

  16. Kerry says:

After registering, we want to redirect to a payment page. I entered the url to redirect to our paypal account for payment, however the form does not redirect – it just spools.

    • Hello Kerry!

If you want to enable payments on your form via your PayPal account, you’ll need to enable the 123FormBuilder – PayPal payment integration. Find out more in our Step-by-Step PayPal Integration documentation.

Go to the SettingsPaymentsMerchant Setup section of your form and tick the PayPal payment integration. Add the requested credentials of your PayPal account in order for the two accounts to communicate with each other. Whenever form users submit your form, they will be redirected to the PayPal page of your account to finish the transaction.

    Hi there,
Do you advertise on my Wix site if I use your contact form app? Do I have to pay 123formbuilder.com not to?
In theory can I add an order form with the ability to upload 4 photos?
I’d love your help and I wasn’t sure from what I had read on the website.

  18. Ebey says:

How do I send logged in member id in the email that is sent to me from a form that the member submits

    • Hello!

Could you be a bit more specific? Do you want to send an ID that you’ve manually assigned for each form user after they have submitted the form? If you have added an email field to your form, go to Submissions and you’ll find the email address of each submission there. You could manually contact each member or you could use an autoresponder as follows:

      1. Enable the Reference ID in Notifications. See our documentation here.

      2. In Notifications, enable the autoresponder option and create a new template where you can add a text in the message and the Reference ID with the dropdown list above. Read more about autoresponders here. Each autoresponder will generate the Reference ID of the submission in the email message.

    • Brandyn B. says:

Hi am I able to post more than one form on a page? I want both forms I’ve created to be applied to my wix website but I am not sure if I can or if I just don’t know how.

      • Hello!

Yes, you can publish more than one online form on your Wix website/webpage. Simply repeat the steps from the documentation above to add a new form to your webpage. Forms are added with the help of the 123FormBuilder app, so you’ll need to add another 123FormBuilder app to the webpage to include a new form. Hope this helped!

Once you’ve logged in your 123FormBuilder account from Wix, select the form you want to add to your website from the dropdown list specified at step 5 (in the screenshot). After you have selected the form, it will automatically appear on your webpage.

I constantly spent my half an hour to read this weblog’s articles or reviews daily along with a
    cup of coffee.

  21. Eric Harris says:

This seem to be a crock. It’s first a shame that to simply edit wix’s contact form you seem to have to pay contact 123. Then just like with wix, I’m sure to erase your ad from the box requires more extortion of one’s funds. If this is how you operate don’t expect to stay in business long. Because I am sure if there isn’t already their will soon be some free website builder that allows this simple function without charging. It may have been ok if you didn’t charge first before I could even see how it looks on the preliminary wix website. Please let me know if I am wrong.
