I need the data from my form, why can’t it dumb to excel…..I need it the infomation for registration at my event. There needs to be a way. I can’t imagine I’m the only person who needs to translate their data into an excel document to manipulate and add additional fields and use for registrations.
Hi Tina!
You can export your entries as an Excel or CSV file by going to My Forms, click on your forms, and in the menu that drops down, click on Submissions.
Once you are there, in the top-right corner you should be able to see the Export to: dropdown.
Do reports work with mobile devices? they all seem pretty screwed up. Is there a way to force an individual page (on Wix.com) to display a single page without mobile optimization?
Hello Ed!
You’ll need to enable the mobile optimization option for Wix in order to view the content on mobile devices. Follow our documentation on how to optimize 123FormBuilder web forms on Wix mobile devices. If the problem persists with the way the reports are displayed, contact our support specialists at support@123formbuilder.com or via our contact form. They will reply as soon as possible and offer you the proper assistance.
Thanks!
