The Notifications section allows you to manage the actions related to your form after your visitor has submitted it. You may decide, among other options, who gets certain submissions, who receives them all, what message your visitors will be shown after submission, whether they will receive a copy of their submissions or a confirmation message.

    I was receiving submissions in my email, but since yesterday I am not receiving anyhing. I can see the submissions in the dashboard but I don’t receive any notification email, or confirmation email when I fill the form.

    Please help.

    We are using Zendesk as a help desk. We created a free trial form using 123formbuilder and need the email messages sent out as text emails not HTML. How do I do this?
