Unfortunately, Facebook doesn’t allow customized tabs to be displayed on Facebook pages for Android Apps, iPhones, iPads, or the Facebook mobile site.

It’s nearly a year later, is this still not resolved? Just upgraded and also very disappointed to find I can’t use my forms on mobile facebook. Considering 95% of our traffic is mobile, it’s hardly useful without that.
I apologize for the late reply. Apparently Facebook still doesn’t support custom tabs in mobile view. We’re looking for a solution, but we do not have a time frame for the moment.

We are now premium members and I we are stunned that this does not work. There are others already with working solutions.
There are other solutions which offer a solution using TinyURL > and depending if you are on mobile or not, you get redirected to the contact form or to the safari version of the contact form… This would already help a lot.

If I’ve understood correctly, you want to convert the URL of your web forms to a shortened URL. You’ll just need to copy the web form’s URL in the Get Code & Publish → Form Link section on 123FormBuilder and paste it on TinyURL or a similar service to obtain the shortened URL.
123FormBuilder web forms work on Desktop and mobile devices, as well. The web forms switch to mobile view when opened by such devices.
