How to print digital signatures from a single submission?

To be able to print digital signatures from a submission, you’ll need to add a print button to your form and enable the browser to print background colors and images in the Setup Page section of the Internet browser you are using. This applies also to printing all your form submissions at once.

Follow the steps below to print digital signatures from your submissions:

1. In 123 Form Builder, go to the Edit fields section – Submit Button and in the edit panel on the left you have the possibility to add additional buttons. Add the Print button on the form.

Note: You can add the Print button whenever you want to print a form. This allows forms users to print them on their end as well.

    1. Hello Jessica! Could you try again to go to the Edit section of your form and scroll at the end of your form? The submit button will appear right below the last field. To be sure that the cache is not interfering with your session, I would recommend clearing your browsing data as far as possible.
