By default, even though not all the checkboxes of the multiple choice field have been selected on your form, they will still appear in your email notification after submission. Each checkbox appears on a separate line with the value ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, depending on whether it was ticked or not. To exclude unticked checkboxes from you Email notification, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Settings → Notifications section of your form.
2. in Form Owner Options → Other Options, tick the option → Do not show unselected checkboxes in the email notification .
Now you will no longer receive unselected checkboxes in your email notifications. You can always enable the suboption, popped out below, if you want to include all selected checkboxes on the same line in the submitted email.
