    1. Hello Ignacio!

To locate the tab, open your Facebook page and you should see a toolbar on top.

From there, hit Settings as specified in our documentation and you should find the tab in Apps123FormBuilder ApplicationEdit Settings.

  2. I don’t have 123FormBuilder tab nor does the pencil option appear. The drop down arrow to the right of the tabs under the cover pic gives the option to manage tabs then add/remove tabs but that takes me back to settings and the option to add predefined apps. I can’t find anywhere an option to add a tab or even edit the title of existing tabs. Can you help please?

    1. Hello!

Have you installed the 123FormBuilder app on your Facebook page? If not, follow our documentation here to read our guide.

If already installed, go to your Facebook page and click on Settings, located on top of the page. From there, go to Apps and you’ll notice the 123FormBuilder widget under Added Apps. Click on the Edit Settings link (under the widget) and a window will popup as seen in the second image of this documentation. There you can change the tab name and the tab image.

    1. Hello Yadi!

Are you referring to the 123FormBuilder tab? You might be still using the old version where you have an arrow on the far right of your tab(s). Click on it and a pencil symbol will appear in the top-right corner of the 123FormBuilder tab. In the dropdown, click on Edit Settings. This will pop up the lightbox as seen in the documentation above. Has this been useful?
