Can online payment be optional on my order form?

Yes, it can. Clients can pay online (through our available payment processors) or offline, via check, bank transfer, in cash etc. First, add a choice field to your form; for example, a radio button field with two options: pay online and pay offline.

Then enable payments normally. Go to SettingsPayments, choose the processor(s) that you will use, provide your data and assign prices. Tick the box Enable payments for this form.

Finally, go to SettingsRulesForm Rules and establish the following rule: If pay offline is checked then redirect to website http://www.yourpage.com/, where http://www.yourpage.com/ is the URL of the page where you want to redirect the users who chose to make the payment offline.

With these settings, users who choose to pay online will be redirected to the online payment processor. Users who don’t will be redirected to a page of your choice and will make the payment offline, in any way you prefer.

  1. But in the case of offline payment, the calculator button doesnt show and the total of the order wont be calculated for the customer to know how much is his bill. Is their any way the calculate button shows for offline payments?

    1. Hello!

The Payment Summary works only when payments are enabled on the web form. The summary or calculator cannot be displayed otherwise. What you could do is upgrade your account to Platinum, to benefit from our payment features. See our features matrix for more details. We would also advise to read our Terms of Service, as we do not approve forms that request sensitive data, such as credit card information. Web forms that request such information will be banned.
