123FormBuilder is a user-friendly web form & survey builder for any type of business. There are four standard plans to choose from: Basic, Gold, Platinum, Professional.

In this article we will look into the features available with the Basic free plan.

Main Features

• You can create 5 forms within your account.
• On each form you can add up to 10 fields. You can choose almost any type of fields available on our platform. To benefit of the HTML block field, repeatable container, password and upload fields you need at least our Gold plan.
• Receive up to 100 submissions per month on your account. The submissions limit is reset on the first day of each month.
• Create a connection path between your 123FormBuilder account and other services to execute certain operations. With the basic plan you have available 100 API calls per day.

Form Configuration

• Add up to 3 email recipients.
• 3 statements available with Likert scale field.
• Multiple publishing methods available.
• Track the form’s activity by adding your Google Analytics Profile ID and domain.
• Add translations to the default language. Multiple language forms are available starting with our Gold plan.
• Create an anti-spam form by adding our security options. You can protect your Inbox from spam by using Captcha verification images, by limiting form submissions form the same IP to one per day, by rejecting submissions coming from specific countries and even limit the total number of submissions.
• Overview the default report, that contains all form fields, shown in pie charts, in the order that they appear in your form.
