Product Owner (Timisoara or Remote)

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide product features from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You will collaborate with designers, data analysts, developers and testers to build the best solutions, as well as with marketing and sales teams to make sure that the features you are building are aligned with what users want and are relevant to the market.

You have the flexibility to choose a full remote working setup, without the need to relocate to Timisoara!

Some of your responsibilities will be

• Build and improve product features collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Understand business opportunities and contribute with your own ideas to build the product roadmap;
• Analyze user feedback and product data to drive decision making;
• Define realistic project timelines (design, implementation, testing and release). Document and assume accountability for them;
• Work with designers and other departments to gather all project specifications in accurate documentation;
• Track progress of projects and quarterly plans and provide visibility to stakeholders;
• Conduct A/B test experiments and live user testing sessions to validate ideas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, creating product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams;
• Passion for product development and technology;
• Ability to break down complex problems into small steps that drive product development;
• Data driven approach, decide on facts rather than opinions;
• Experience with A/B testing and user interviews;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
