Our company is split into two business units: 1. Small & Medium Businesses and 2. Enterprise. We are currently looking for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager, that will help us reposition our business value proposition and drive growth in the Enterprise space. Our new colleague should have extensive B2B marketing experience (5+ years) in companies selling online Enterprise solutions, and wants to take the challenge of moving into a new role, where he/she will make a difference by contributing to the strategic planning, followed by flawless execution.

Some of your focus areas will be

  • Drive growth by driving the acquisition of new Enterprise customers, across multiple channels, in multiple countries (special focus on the US and UK)
  • Have ownership on the strategic marketing planning and implementation, by taking-over, adjusting and managing the existing marketing strategy, in collaboration with the Head of the Enterprise Business Unit and the other stakeholders
  • Redesign the 123FormBuilder business value proposition for Enterprise clients and render it through the presentation website and collateral materials and activities
  • Work in alignment with our product development and sales teams in order to enable the Sales teams to meet their objectives, by providing them with the right marketing materials, presentations and other content
  • Develop industry-focused marketing materials (e.g. product sheets, whitepapers, use cases, case studies) for Healthcare, Financial, Government, Field Service, NPOs and other verticals that we primarily target
  • Develop interactive supporting activities (e.g. coordinating the production of presentation videos, coordinating the preparation for webinars) in collaboration with other departments
  • Define and track the metrics for marketing activities across multiple channels – on-line (paid/social media), events, channel partners.
    Oversee the implementation of campaigns, either digital or events
  • Develop the marketing operations (e.g. marketing automation, lead nurturing) by using the existing tools and/or implementing new ones
  • Coordinate the event management before, during and after our participation in a conference or other type of event
  • Perform competitive assessment and provide feedback from the market for the ongoing development of the product, services and branding
  • In time, build a performant Enterprise Marketing team by recruiting, managing and mentoring the future 123FormBuilder marketeers from the Enterprise Business Unit

A bit about you

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in Software-as-a-Service companies selling B2B solutions online and with local sales force, and with a good understanding of the Enterprise environment
  • A successful track record of planning and implementing Enterprise marketing strategies, and managing budgets across various channels
  • KPI focused; able to define, manage and meet KPI’s
  • Experience in on-line demand generation activities that drive awareness of the key differentiators and generate new leads
  • Experience with content creation strategies for demand generation and user acquisition
  • Experience in channel marketing
  • Experience in assessing company/product positioning on the market and developing relevant customer communication
  • Familiar with day-to-day marketing operations and marketing tools
  • Familiar with field marketing activities and execution
  • Experience in the management of a marketing team is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus
  • Comfortable to work in a fluid environment, managing uncertainties and changing priorities as needed

  • The successful candidate will have an intrapreneurial attitude, being proactive and creative, and will be able to work in an environment with multiple stakeholders, tools and systems in order to define and track activities according to the agreed KPI’s and deliver the business objectives;
  • A track record of successful experiences in business marketing is a must, as well as strong analytical, time management and interpersonal skills.
