Front-Desk Officer

The Front-Desk Officer will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Front-Desk Officer is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control.

Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Job responsabilities

  • Contact person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands;
  • Managing office orders (food, drinks, fruits, office supplies, technical equipments,
  • airplane tickets and accommodation reservations);
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Organize office operations and procedures;
  • Coordinate with System Administrator on all office equipment;
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced;
  • Provide general support to visitors; registers all external visitors in the office;
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondence permanently checked, meal tickets distribution for all employees, 7card evidence for all employees; inventory evidence;
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.


  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Sociable and client oriented, actively supporting all colleagues with different requests
  • Results oriented and constructive mindset
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • B - Driving licence and recent driving experience
