In this case, we will need to be a bit creative in how we can collect payments through our Google Form. There are several ways through which you could do this.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Peer-to-peer payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>A peer-to-peer system allows one to send money to another person through money transfer apps, such as Zelle or Venmo. For example, we\u2019ve searched by <em>payment <\/em>search term and several options are available. <strong>Neartail<\/strong> seems to be a very good option &#8211; you can create order forms and collect payments through it. <strong>Payable Forms<\/strong> is another option heavily used by other users.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once important note when using such add-ons: since we are talking about payment processors, don\u2019t forget to test your form end-to-end. You can integrate your 123FormBuilder form with more than 10 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.123formbuilder.com\/docs\/merchant-setup\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">payment processors<\/a>. The process is really easy no matter what payment processor you choose to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019ve created your 123FormBuilder form and assigned prices to your fields, all you have to do is go to the <strong>Payments section<\/strong>. Once you\u2019ve clicked on PayPal, to the right side of the screen you\u2019ll notice all the necessary settings for this payment processor. Once PayPal has been enabled, you will notice a couple of changes on your form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>An order summary is displayed<\/strong> &#8211; this functions similar to a cart, where all the products selected by your respondents will be displayed with its price and quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Submit button is changed to Continue to payment<\/strong> &#8211; the reason behind this is to inform respondents that they have a payment to make after submitting the form<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disclaimer text &amp; payment processor logo<\/strong> &#8211; this is meant to offer your respondents trust to make the payment through your 123FormBuilder form.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"902\" height=\"620\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/total.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7679\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/total.png 902w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/total-300x206.png 300w, https:\/\/cdn.marketing123.123formbuilder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/02\/total-768x528.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 960px) 75vw, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, if you go for another payment processor, for example <strong>Authorize.net,<\/strong> there is an additional change on the form.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, we are displaying the accepted cards by Authorize.net on the form, so that respondents could be informed beforehand with what they can do the payment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose to hide the accepted cards by disabling Show cards from the right side of the screen. If you want to, you can also choose to disable Show icon &amp; logo in order to hide the payment processor logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if these settings are editable, we strongly recommend keeping them to the default state.
