Thanks for reaching out to us.
In order to have the newest version of notifications, you would need to re-create the form from blank (not by duplicating it). If you duplicate the form, the new form will have the same version of notifications as the original form.
As such, it would not be possible, unfortunately, to have it available on an existing old form.
