The Formulation Challenge - the MasterChef of the cosmetics worlds returns to in-cosmetics North America Formulation Lab in 2020 as six teams of 4 R&D specialists and 2 marketing professionals go head to head for 90 minutes to formulate a marketable product with a mystery box of personal care ingredients in just 90 minutes.

Winners will receive a prize, recognition and media coverage at the awards ceremony.

Please Note - The challenge is only open to cosmetic / contract manufacturers.
Teams must comprise 4 R&D specialists and 2 marketing professionals.
