Before uploading, please flatten artwork and convert to outlines if possible. Save your artwork using the canvas/document size in actual inches at 150 dpi (or 300 dpi at half size of sign), as CMYK in one of these file types: PDF, PSD, TIF, EPS, AI, JPG.
