Fall Youth Elite Speed & Strength


Purpose:
To develop proper running mechanics and strength through proper technique for optimal athletic performance. With correct form, technique, and hard work any athlete can improve their athletic performance and potential.

Training Goals to Achieve Optimum Athletic Performance by:
Improving awareness & self confidence
Teaching basic and proper sprinting mechanics
Developing the posterior chain for the athlete
Reducing risk for injury

Class times offered:

Mondays from 5-6 p.m
Tuesdays from 5-6 p.m
Thursdays from 5-6 p.m

Members and Non-Members Welcome!
Maximum of 8 Athletes Per Class

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to make your scheduled class, you may reschedule to another class time during that week.  If you are unable to make it a different class the same week you are to be gone, unfortunately you will be unable to make up this class session.  If you have a prior scheduled vacation or family emergency, please contact me so we can discuss a proper arrangement to make sure a fair resolution is met.  I do ask that you give me a 24 hour notice prior to moving from your scheduled time so I can be prepared as best possible.
